Refund Policy

At TimeFix Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality repair services for your timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel the repair service at least 3 days before the scheduled repair date, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the repair date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit or service fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled repair are non-refundable.

Service Satisfaction:

If you are not satisfied with the repair work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your watch after the repair. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution such as a free repair, rework, or a partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

No-Show or Late Pick-Up:

• If you do not pick up your repaired watch within 30 days of completion, it will be considered abandoned, and we will not issue any refund.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment to pick up your watch, we may need to reschedule, and no refund will be issued for any delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Parts:

If we replace any parts of your watch and you find that they are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a refund or replacement of the parts.
